Terms and conditions
The terms on which we quote, supply and install. These apply alongside your written quotation and order acknowledgement.

Quotations
Quotations are valid for 60 days from issue and are based on the survey carried out at the time. If the structure, opening sizes or specification change after survey, we will issue a revised quotation before proceeding.
Orders and deposits
An order is accepted when we issue a written acknowledgement and receive the agreed deposit. Bespoke items are made to your confirmed sizes and specification and enter production at that point.
Cancellation
Consumers ordering off-premises have statutory cancellation rights, which are set out in your order paperwork. Because bespoke glass is made to your measurements, those rights may be limited once manufacture begins, and this is explained before you place the order.
Delivery and installation
Lead times quoted are estimates given in good faith. Access, safe working conditions and a clear working area are your responsibility. Delays caused by site readiness or by other trades may attract a re-visit charge.
Payment
Stage payments fall due as set out in your order acknowledgement. Title in the goods passes on payment in full. Late payment may attract statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 for business customers.
Guarantee
Installations carry a 10-year guarantee, sealed units carry the manufacturer's warranty, and moving parts are covered for five years. The guarantee excludes accidental damage, misuse, deterioration caused by failure to maintain, and work altered by others.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability is limited to the contract value.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
