Shower glass cut to your opening

Walk-in panels, frameless enclosures and sliding screens, templated to your tiled opening rather than forced to a catalogue size.

Overview

What you need to know

Almost every bathroom is slightly out of square. Off-the-shelf enclosures deal with that using wide adjustment profiles, which is exactly why they look like off-the-shelf enclosures. Made-to-measure glass is cut to the opening you actually have.

We template after tiling, cut and polish the glass in our own workshop, and toughen it to BS EN 12150. Turnaround from template to fit is typically five to seven working days, which is usually faster than waiting for a stock size in the right dimension.

The specification is straightforward: 8mm or 10mm toughened glass, polished edges, and a protective coating that keeps limescale from etching into the surface. Everything else — hinges, brackets, seals, finish — is chosen to match the bathroom.

Sliding shower doors

Two panels running on a rail, ideal where a hinged door would foul the basin or WC.

Over-bath screens

Fixed or hinged panels, with a curved or straight profile to suit the bath.

Wet room screens

Floor-to-ceiling glass with a stabilising bar for open, tray-free installations.

Chrome, brushed nickel, matt black and brass hardware, with clear, low-iron or fluted glass.

FAQ

Shower Glass questions

Always after. Tile thickness and any variation in the wall change the finished dimension, and templating first is how enclosures end up out of plumb.

10mm feels more solid and sits flatter on tall panels. 8mm is fine for most standard enclosures and costs less. We advise based on the panel height.

Templated within a few days and fitted five to seven working days later. If you send dimensions and photos we can often start the process before we visit.

It does, but it is not permanent. It reduces limescale adhesion so a squeegee handles most of it; expect the benefit to fade after several years of hard water.

Curved panels for over-bath screens, yes. Complex curved enclosures are specialist and we will tell you if a job is better placed elsewhere.
